I will probably continue to be perplexed by his death because we do go to Sanghelios and deal the death blow to his Covenant there... so why didn't they kill him then? Would have been fairly trivial to have him slip out of Osiris' clutches at the time. I guess they wanted to wrap up his story quickly and make Osiris look like a badass, which works to a degree but it's kind of comical that no Elite even gets off a single *shot* in that scene. Jul still keeping his Keystone Cops Elites from Spartan Ops hanging around.
